Honda progress stems from ‘lessons and countermeasures’

Honda’s made some big steps forward in 2019 with two wins and a maiden podium for Max Verstappen, which the manufacturer puts down to reliability, learning key lessons and introducing key ‘countermeasures’.


Honda says it is learning lessons from race-to-race to help improve its power unit with ‘countermeasures’, but reliability remains a priority.
